The following insurance plans are not accepted at Health First Medical Center at this time:

If your carrier is not on our list that doesn't mean we will not work with them. So please call our insurance department today at 724-628-6677, ext. 256 or send us an e-mail and ask if we can accept your insurance. Be sure to provide your contact information and we will get back to you promptly.

Fine print:
As the patient, you are responsible to know and understand your insurance policy. The contract for health insurance coverage is between you the patient and your insurance company. As well, it is the patients responsibility to pay any co-insurance, deductibles, co-payments and any non-covered items as required by your health insurance carrier contract.

We pride ourselves on helping our patients. Therefore, from your new patient visit, you will meet with our New Patient Clerk specialist who will call your insurance company, verify coverage and get an outline of the benefits you have. The New Patient Clerk will meet with you and explain what information she received from the insurance company. We also have a full billing staff to bill your insurance carrier directly. We will also proceed with collecting the appropriate balance from the insurance company.
